O Bradesco (BBDC4) anunciou um pagamento significativo de R$ 4 bilhões em juros sobre o capital próprio (JCP) aos seus acionistas, referente ao primeiro semestre de 2024. Os acionistas que estiverem registrados na base de dados da empresa até o dia 17 de junho de 2024 terão direito a receber os valores. Após essa data, a partir de 18 de junho, as actions serão negociadas ex-direito, ou seja, novos compradores não terão direito ao JCP anunciado.
The R$ 4 billion will be distributed as follows: each ordinary share will receive R$ 0.359141350 and each preferred share will receive R$ 0.395055485. However, these amounts are subject to the deduction of 15% of Income Tax (IR) at source. Thus, the net amount that will actually be received by shareholders will be R$ 0.305270148 per ordinary share and R$ 0.335797162 per preferred share.
O pagamento está programado para ser realizado até o dia 31 de janeiro de 2025, garantindo aos investidores tempo para planejarem suas finanças pessoais. Segundo o comunicado oficial, “os juros ora aprovados representam aproximadamente 20,8 vezes o valor dos juros mensalmente pagos, líquidos de imposto de renda na fonte, e serão computados no cálculo dos dividends mandatory for the financial year as provided for in the bylaws."
